Nothing hugely surprising: Victor Wand is a 34-year-old soldier from Germany. Who has access to Botox, apparently. Still voiced by Tachiki.

Also, for the purposes of the game, Germany is located somewhere to the north of the Ukraine.

ETA: Unrelated, but I did come across the other Aube Hunters' sacrea affiliations in my Neo Angelique playthrough. J.D. was told by his late Dragon Tribe friend that he was Green. Hyuga was told by an unnamed somebody that he was Steel, because he liked weapons from an early age. Ummmm. Ummmmm... (He also mentions how steel can always regain its shape no matter how much it is battered and bent, which...oh, Hyuga, why'd you have to go to that aspect of your character?)
Rayne is interested in sacrea purely from a research perspective and mentioned no affiliation with any of them.

It appears Clavis has been added to the cast! (Oh, um, who voiced the newest addition to the cast? The Sebastian look-alike?)

Also, the information about the Sacrea is really interesting! It's nice to learn that yes this has something to do with the original Ange series...now if they'd just give a clue about the timeline...

Ah, the timeline: they do make it pretty clear without explicitly stating that it's after the main Angelique timeline. Off the top of my head, there's a bit with the Silver Knights where they talk about a Queen who visited Arcadia and developed it into a paradise. There's also a festival in J.D.'s hometown of Kozu that celebrates the two dragons who fell in love "long ago" and ended tribal hostilities. So Pastha & Sara have their own holiday! (I think there's some other tidbit, too, that I'm forgetting.)

My game actually turned out to be disappointing. I tried going after J.D., but I apparently made a wrong choice or missed something, as my relationship as per the game's fortuneteller proceeded from promising to locked-out-completely within a few turns. There's also a ridiculous amount of stuff that's locked until you complete the game umpteen times. It's kind of dispiriting.

Sebastian is apparently voiced by a Kenji Fukuda. (I guess I'll have to start calling the character "Masaki Sakuragawa" eventually, won't I. :/)
