Hey everyone, I'm back again~ :p I've had a bunch of half-finished post ideas lying around, so instead of spamming the entire front page of the group with them, I figured I'd throw them all together in here XD What could there possibly be you ask?

A Download [Angelique Special 2 4-Koma book]
I *finally* got off my lazy butt and finished scanning most of the Angelique Special 2 4-Koma Carnival book I have [I ended up getting a double of one volume D:] And the only part not included are the first 18 pages; they're in colour and take longer to scan, so I'm going to put those off a bit longer, sorry ;>> The rest is available in 2 different formats! :p
Resized Version - All the pages are about 1280x960, so they're easy to flip through if you want to take a quick look :3 About 19mb
Big Scanned Version: Part 1 | Part 2 | Part 3 - Probably unnecessarily huge, these are much bigger pages [scanned at 400dpi...I'm surprised my scanner hasn't melted yet XD], if anyone who happens to have some spare time and knowledge of the Japanese language feels like translating us a page or two :p
Credit would be nice, but hey, all I did was scan them. And really, this is the internet we're talking about here :B Enjoy!

A Question [Haruka1 Songs; looking to find and/or buy, need some help ^^;]
I've noticed that I'm lacking in the Haruka songs area [I only have the anime opening & ending from the Haruka1 series, a couple songs from one CD by Tomomasa and Takamichi, and a few Yorihisa songs, but I'm not sure if I have all of his yet XD], and this must be remedied! So I figured I would ask if anyone knows of a compilation CD of character songs or something, since those usually come out to be cheaper than picking out all my favourite characters anyways ^^; Otherwise I'd be looking for songs by: Yorihisa, Akuram, Tomomasa, and Takamichi [and whoever their other game incarnates are if they have the same seiyuu XD] I was poking around on HMV JP and saw these, anyone know if these are what I'd be looking for? ^^; [pics = links]

I scanned these out of a[nother] artbook I got recently about the Gemme series [there's the OVA, a comic and a Drama CD that apparently make up the series; confusing much? XD] And there were some cute pictures of Pharau, Pastha, Sara, and Mel [oh, and I think Pastha really *does* have a hot cousin. or some other such relative XD They were in the concept art sketches of the book too :3] Click the images to see the bigger versions [I didn't want to kill the layout too much so I shrunk them a bit ^^;]









That takes most of my current randomness out of my head, save for my random NeoRoma dream happenings [I'd have posted it now, but this post has gotten long enough already ^^;]

Hopefully at least one of those points was entertaining for someone :p

So I fell asleep last night while writing up an entry (yes, I fell asleep composing three paragraphs), and when I woke up, I finished the text and hit "post," mainly to get KST out of my life. Immediately afterward, I discover that I've bumped this down for something related to KST. KST! This offense cannot stand. I must make amends by translating the dragon concept art sketches.

OVA CONCEPT ART COLLECTION

Pharau

Pharau is silent and well-behaved but surprisingly expressive, with an adorable cherubic smile. Only Pastha and Sara's genes could produce such promising cuteness!

Pharau's Clothes

The hood and shoulder wrap are sewn to the tunic. Also, Pharau does indeed have a Dragon forehead jewel, though it is usually hidden.

Pastha & Sara (Pharau's Parents)

Old friends to Angelique fans, these two haven't changed much in appearance over the last 3+ years, but as leaders of the entire Dragon Tribe, they project a certain majesty. Their outfits, however, have undergone several changes from the time of Angelique Special.

Accessories

Sara has a body accessory on her right chest [I'm guessing they mean the tattoo]. Pastha's wristbands have fins attached.

People of the Dragon Tribe

The Dragon Tribe is a large-built people overall; it it not uncommon for even the females to stand over 180 cm (~5'11") in adulthood and for the males to exceed 2 meters (~6'7") in height. Also, the shape of the jewel on the forehead differs between the Water Dragon and Fire Dragon Tribes.

Oooh, that's interesting, thanks for the translations! :3 Although I thought Sara and Pastha got booted out of Dragonland because of their racial differences, did they just go back and start a revelation or something and become the new leaders? XD Though their outfits do look more elaborate than most of the other toga wrap sort of things going on with the others ties in the front for easy access! :p hehe I wonder if that means all of the tribe members were at Pharau's birthday party in the OVA, not just relatives. [And this randomly makes me wonder: who the heck is Nene? [From Etoile] XD] And wow, way to make me feel short [again] I always thought the Holy Land just had a different gravitational pull on the guardians or something, maybe I'm just runty at 5'4" ^^; ...I'm pretty sure even Marcel is taller than me -_-;

Well, you're taller than Angelique and kid Timka... XD And I think you're probably the same height as Heuye.

At 5'5", I'm Rosalia's height (and half an inch taller than kid Marcel). My nephew, the tall thing he is, matches Julious at 6'2"... and my neighbor matches Pastha at 6'9". Welp.

Nene appears to be the fortune teller for the Sacred Beast Cosmos, so she's basically Sara's counterpart in the new world. I think...

Oh wow, that's one expansive [and expensive] CD collection XD Thanks so much for the links! I'll have to download them when I get a chance ^^;
