I voted "other" because if there's anyone I can see in this "secret romance novel fan gets busted" storyline, it's Ernst. I'm sure Olivie does, but I doubt he does so secretly - he doesn't seem the type to be ashamed about it. Likewise, I'm sure Francis does, but he's too wrapped up in his own emoness to care.

I can see Lumiale reading shoujo manga or something.

I chose other, and this time I will say Rayne. With all of those books he has, I wouldn't be surprised if nearly half of them had nothing to do with scientific research and were more along the lines of love stories.

I think the not-so-secret romance reading divine bird candidates are Olivie and Oscar XD You just know some of those cheesy lines Oscar has to offer had to have come from somewhere :p And Olivie, well, romance novels just seem like an Olivie-ish thing to do, I can't really explain it XD
Whoever voted for Marcel, you are awesome XD I'd have voted him too, except I figure Luva is the one trafficking them into his giant library in the first place to lend out to the minors :B [this also includes Zephel, who probably also has a small collection hidden under his bed that he reads in the dead of the night when everyone else is sleeping so he doesn't get caught XD]
I'm sure Clavis could secretly do whowhatever he wants in that dark dungeon of his, not like anyone else wants to venture in there XD
As for the holy beast side, I can also envision Ernst being a secret romance reader XD Maybe Victor too, just because XD I also think Sei-Lan probably reads hentai; you know for the artistic inspiration ;>> rofl. Charlie, probably not, but that's just because I can't see him keeping anything secret for very long XD He might sell them though [old habits die hard? :B]

And on the NeoAnge side, Nyx seems like the non-suspect romance reader [after 200 years you'd hope he's read more than just the daily newspaper in his spare time :p]. Secret romance novel enthusiast is probably Yorgo [or however you spell it; Rayne's brother XD], though I have a feeling he'd read stuff with weird kinkiness in it o.O; I'm also thinking either of the robots reading romance novels could cause some wtf-ness:

Jet: *flips through a book* "Erenfried, what purpose does this 'romantic encounter' sequence have to do with the rest of the story? I do not comprehend."
Erenfried: *shoots coffee out nose* "Gah! Where did you find that?!"
Jet: "...The Director's room."
Erenfried: "..."
Jet: "..."
Erenfried: "...I think you should just erase that from memory, and put the book back where you found it..." o.O
