Your icons have a striking boldness to them in cropping of images and use of borders, and I particularly like the "thick sea glass" effect on icon #2 in the preview.

I just love using border effects in making icons! Dunno why people avoid them so much. I just wish I could find more borders/frames, I use 4 different graphics programs and all together I have about 40/50 border effects.... *sigh*
