I didn't have any trouble getting the game to run here. Just unzipped it and clicked on the .exe file to get it started. I'm running Windows 7 with the Japanese Language Interface Pack if that helps at all. For older systems, you can check the Japanese Game Installation Guide (http://blgames.ukepile.com/install/installation.php) at the BL Games Headquarters for tips.
