PSP games help~!

I was playing my Neo Angelic Special and La Corda 2f encore the other days, everything works fine but suddenly it couldn't save anymore.
I tried to reboot it and it would tell me it can't find the system data.  So basically I can't save and load my games at all.  I checked the saved data, and they are still there.  I played other none KOEI games and it worked just fine.

I am wondering has anyone encountered such problem also?  I would appreciate if anyone can give me hints on how to solve this problem.  Thank you!

Maybe is the firmware of your PSP. Do you recently changed it? I remembering having a lot of problems playing la corda 2 because of the firmware, when i changed it the problems was solved.
btw can you share encore xD? i have corda 2 but not encore xD.

I would suggest checking the firmware too. I remember distinctly that NeoAnge Special required me to update something before it would play the wretched thing, so that may be somewhat responsible.

Also, I wonder...can you transfer your saved games to a different memory card and see if then they will allow you to open them? It seems stupid but sometimes if you trick a device into thinking it's a whole new disk, it does as it's told...

Mm. Honestly, I don't know. Saving corrupted data is generally iffy and you'd need someone much more computer qualified than me to be able to answer that I'm afraid ><.

This is the only NeoAngelique icon I have.

Assuming that you're using custom firmware: my PSP 3000 works perfectly fine with CFWEnabler on 5.03 M33. I'd update the official firmware to the latest that the CFW would allow before installing it. I haven't tried Gen-D since I thought it was for the two earlier models only so that is most likely to be the problem.

Another option is that the iso itself has corrupted. I've had that happen with some of my games (not NeoRomance thankfully, but I play the UMDs for them instead of risking it) but I guess redownloading/copying it again to your memory stick does the trick.

I hope this helps.

CFWEnabler 3.70, must have official firmware of 5.03 to work <-- you probably already have it (http://www.psp-hacks.com/file/1734) (it automatically sets as the M33 when you install it)

Here's a method how to fix it. (http://forums.minegarde.com/index.php?showtopic=10461) I haven't tried it, but reading it makes sense (esp. with the whole custom firmware tricking games into playing older versions and stuff).

Hope this helps. :D
