Well, contrary to our speculation, Randy isn't Canadian *or* American! Instead, 22-year-old Randy da Silva Luz is from São Paulo, Brazil and is a "(university) student explorer" who's a freestyle mountain climber in search of ever-taller mountains to conquer. He's still voiced by Canna.
